Home Care
We offer dependable around the clock Private Home Care
Our Home Care service is designed for people who require flexible ongoing care to live independently at home. This can include a bespoke package of care covering medical support, housekeeping and social interaction. All our services are tailored to your needs and are available on a flexible basis from half-hour visits to 24-hour care packages, 365 days a year.
Our homecare services involve personal carers that visit your home daily, spend time with you and accompany you to any social events, outdoor activities or appointments. Our care workers are professionally trained in care and provide support for a variety of complex conditions and needs including end of life, dementia, Alzheimer, Parkinson, diabetes, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
We also provide homecare services to individuals whose care is funded by Social Services or the NHS rather than privately.
Palliative Care
We offer a comforting Palliative Care
We are proud to work with the NHS Continuing Healthcare to care for individuals who are approaching the end of life, and who have decided to spend their final moments in the comfort and familiar surroundings of their own home.
Our palliative care team provides the support towards the end of an individual’s life, allowing them to pass in the most peaceful and comfortable way and in accordance with their wishes whilst promoting autonomy.
We work alongside District Nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide emotional support to the individuals and their families.
Live-In Care
We offer supportive Live-In Care
We provide Live-in carers who undertake everyday tasks that are required to assist in running your home as well as caring for you. Our Live-in carers are caring, honest, reliable, and committed to giving 100% to their role. They will be involved in providing you with day-to-day personal assistance, both emotional and physical care, helping you maintain your dignity and independence whilst staying at your home.
As well as recruiting a professional and dedicated team for our homecare services, we work in partnership with health and social care professionals to ensure everyone receives the most appropriate medical and personal care from our experienced care assistants, nurses. We also work closely with district nurses, occupational therapists, NHS Case Managers and GPs. We have an excellent relationship with social services and can directly invoice them where appropriate.
